Source code for T230 lcd working in 256 colors mode is available for download .Schematic diagram it is the same as I have used in I2c tool. The pic microcontroller and lcd are connected at a 2.8-3.0V dc power supply.


Tips: search for TM9664FKFWG ( a parallel interface display with UC1682 )
